Rooftop pool overlooking Playa del Carmen

For owners

Before we list it, we review it with you.

A well-made listing saves months. Here's what happens from the moment you write to us until your property is on the market.

The process

From the first visit to the listing

1

Visit and survey

We see the property, take our own photographs and video, and note what needs verifying. No reusing material from the previous listing.

2

Document review

Deed or title, property tax up to date, no-arrears certificates and the condominium bylaws. It's where the things that later define the deal show up.

3

Pricing against comparables

We show you comparable transactions in the same area so we can reach a sustainable price together. If expectations drift, we talk it through before advertising.

4

Listing

A listing with complete terms, our own photography and information we can stand behind. Distributed to the portals and the advisor network.

5

Selection and contract

We screen enquiries, review each applicant's file and present it to you. Contract, handover inventory and the property's condition documented in photographs.

What we need

Having it ready shortens the process. If something's missing, we'll tell you how to get it.
