Data controller. AHO Realty Group is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data; this notice sets out the information collected and the purposes of its processing.
Purpose. The data collected is necessary to deliver the services requested, in particular real estate brokerage for the purchase, sale, letting or management of property.
Data collected. We may collect: name, address, marital status, CURP, phone numbers, email and tax information; and, in certain cases, documentation for contracts (RFC, ID, receipts, references, deeds, entry in the Public Property Registry, property tax and utility bills).
Transfers. Your data may be shared, only where the service requires it, with notaries, law firms (surety policies), surety companies and credit intermediaries working with financial institutions, for purposes such as contract signing, policies, bonds and loans.
ARCO rights. You may exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection through the email address given. The request must include at least your name or company name and the reason. The response period is 10 working days, by email.
Withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent. Note that for certain purposes, withdrawal may prevent us from providing the service or may end the relationship.
Changes. This notice may be amended in response to new legal requirements or internal policies. Each consent is recorded together with the version of the notice in force at that time.
Consent
Financial and asset data — proof of income, references, bank statements — requires your express consent. You can give it here and you'll receive a reference number as a record.
Your name, your email, the reference you enter, the version of this notice, and the server's date and time. Nothing else. It is kept as evidence that the notice was made available to you and that you consented to it, which is what the law requires of us.
You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected] with your reference number.
