The team
Write directly to whoever handles the property you're interested in. If you don't know which yet, write to any of us and we'll gladly point you the right way.
We publish the AHO domain email where there is one. For the rest of the team, contact goes through WhatsApp, which is how we work.
How we work
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, we reply the same day. Outside those hours, first thing the next morning.
Whoever helps you the first time stays with you through to handover. You won't retell your story on every call.
If we don't know something, we check and confirm it in writing. We'd rather take an hour longer than get it wrong.
The relationship doesn't end when we hand over the keys. The condominium, a repair, the renewal: we remain your point of contact.
