Long-term rentals
This is what's requested to begin the screening process and, afterwards, the handover of the unit. We publish it from the start so you can prepare at your own pace and find no surprises at signing.
Your file
Mexican INE card, passport or residency card.
An electricity or water bill.
A bank statement, payslips or any other document showing you can cover the rent.
When applicable.
Full name and phone number, so we can verify them.
A current phone number and an active email address.
Deposits and payments
Equivalent to one month's rent. Returned at the end of the contract, against the handover inventory and subject to the agreed terms.
Required to formalise occupancy of the unit.
Where applicable, according to what the condominium bylaws permit. It is separate from the security deposit and governed by the same return conditions. We review the bylaws with you and put it in writing.
MXN $2,800 for drafting and formalising the document.
When you receive the property an inventory is taken and its condition photographed; when you hand it back, the exercise is repeated. It's what settles a deposit dispute months later, and it protects both sides equally.
Requirements may vary depending on the owner and the condominium administration. Terms are subject to document verification and may change without notice; the applicable terms are those recorded in the contract.
