Who publishes this site. AHO Realty Group, tax ID (RFC) ARG250227523, with offices at Calle 12 Nte Bis s/n, between Av. 35 and Av. 40, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. What our property listings are. They are reference information to help you decide whether a property interests you, published in good faith with what the owner gives us. They are not a binding offer. Prices, availability, terms and features can change without notice, and a property may stop being available while you are looking at it. What binds the parties is the contract that gets signed, not what appears here. Before any transaction we verify the property's details and documents together with you.

We don't promise returns. We neither state nor suggest that a property will rise in value, and we do not offer guaranteed returns, appreciation or profit projections. When we explain how a property's value is estimated —by market comparison or by rental capitalisation— we are describing a valuation method, not a result you can expect. That is what NOM-247-SE-2021 requires, and it is how we work.

How we use Google, and what we do NOT do with your account. We work from AHO Realty Group's own Google account: we store each client file's documents in Google Drive, send notices and receipts through Gmail, and schedule appointments in Google Calendar. All of that happens inside our own account. We do not ask for access to your Google account, we do not read your email and we do not enter your files. If you ever share documents with us, it is because you attach them yourself from the personal link we send you, and they are stored in your own file.

Your personal data. How we handle it, for what purpose, who it is shared with and how to exercise your ARCO rights is set out in our privacy notice. For financial and asset information we ask for your express consent, and you receive a reference number recording what you accepted and when.

Your rights and how to complain. You have the right to clear and truthful information, to know the costs before committing, to choose the notary and to receive a copy of whatever you sign. They are gathered in your rights. If something went wrong, tell us through complaints and suggestions: you get a reference number and we follow it through to closure. You may also go to PROFECO, Mexico's federal consumer protection agency. Our standard-form contract is in the process of being registered with PROFECO and we state so while that is pending.

What we do and what we don't. AHO Realty Group provides real estate brokerage services. We are not a notary's office, a law firm, accountants, or licensed appraisers. Our valuation opinion is exactly that, a reasoned opinion: it is not a formal appraisal and it has no tax effect. The lease is drafted by an independent law firm. For legal or tax decisions, consult the appropriate professional.

The site's content. The texts, photographs, listings and brand belong to AHO Realty Group or to whoever authorised us to use them. You are free to read them and share the links. What you may not do is reproduce them to publish as your own, or extract them automatically to build another catalogue.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to the consumer protection channels the law grants you.

Changes. This version is dated 2026-09-17. If these terms change, a new version is published with its date at this same address, and the previous one stops applying from the moment the new one goes up.
